London World Premiere Of The Hobbit: The Battle Of The Five Armies.
By Emilia McKay.
This year, Christmas will come early to London, as Peter Jackson brings the world premiere of The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies to our capital.
As announced by Sir Ian McKellen, Martin Freeman, Luke Evans, Richard Armitage and Orlando Bloom in video, the premiere will be taking place in London Leicester Square on December 1st.
Jackson, famed for bringing The Lord of the Rings trilogy to the silver screen, originally swore he wouldn’t make The Hobbit. Talk began to circulate of it’s production, and Jackson recruited Guillermo del Toro to take the driving seat for this project, opting for taking a step back. But that couldn’t keep him away, thankfully, and the director once again stepped up to take the reigns, bringing another of J. R. R. Tolkien’s novels to life.
Will you follow, one last time?
